Creator Network Manager
Grow and support a portfolio of TikTok LIVE creators as an independent contractor with Lucid Livestream.
Role description
This is a commission-based, 1099-contractor role. Open to those in the US and Canada. This role is subject to local and national contracting laws.
About Lucid Livestream
Lucid Livestream is a TikTok LIVE Multi-Channel Network (MCN) helping creators grow their presence, monetize their content and level up on the platform. We work with creators across categories to maximize their ranking, earnings and long-term success on TikTok LIVE.
The Opportunity
We're looking for Creator Network Managers (CNMs) to join our contractor network. CNMs are the direct point of contact for a portfolio of TikTok LIVE creators — supporting their growth, tracking their performance and keeping them engaged within the Lucid ecosystem.
This is an independent contractor role. You set your workflow, manage your time and operate as your own business — we provide the infrastructure, tools and support to make you successful.
What You'll Do
Onboard new creators into the Lucid network and walk them through the platform
Monitor creator performance metrics (leagues, fragments, boosters) and surface opportunities for growth
Maintain regular communication with your creator portfolio
Flag creator concerns, violations or disputes to your Operations Manager
Support retention by keeping creators informed, motivated and connected to the network
What We're Looking For
Familiarity with TikTok LIVE and its monetization and ranking systems
Strong communication skills — you'll be managing real relationships
Self-directed and reliable — this role requires accountability without a manager looking over your shoulder
Prior experience in creator management, talent relations or social media a plus
Compensation
Commission-based. Details discussed during the intake process.
